Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the pouches to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure the Packaging
Place the unused, food-grade pouches back into their original protective film and shipping carton to ensure they remain sanitary during transit.
Ship to Facility
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for expedited processing.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse confirms the seals are intact and items are uncontaminated, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
